Payment & Delivery
Mis Días accepts the following payment options: IDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, AMEX, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, and SOFORT.
Mis Días pays the shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium.
For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, the shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
When you place an order, your purchase will be handed over to PostNL within 1 - 3 days. As soon as PostNL has received the package, your order is expected to be delivered the next working day. This depends on the speed of PostNL. Delivery for orders to addresses outside the Netherlands may take a little longer.
When the order has been shipped, an e-mail with the tracking details, including a track&trace code, will automatically be sent to your e-mail.
Mis Días pays the return costs in the Netherlands and Belgium.
For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, the return shipping costs lay with the buyer. In that case, the return costs will be deducted from the purchase amount that is going to be refunded.
If your return does not meet the return conditions listed below, Mis Días cannot accept your return. Shipping costs will be charged to return the product to you.
✓ The product must be returned in packaging that does not damage the product. Preferably, use the original shipping box.
✓ All included accessories must be included in the package.
✓ The product must not be damaged.
✓ Return registers outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted.
How it works
1. Mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject:
Register return | "your order number*"
*Your order number starts with #MD
You will receive a return label within 24 hours.
2. Pack the product(s) with the included accessories neatly in the original shipping box. Stick the return label on the box.
3) Deliver the return package to a PostNL service point in your area
As soon as your return arrives in the warehouse, it will be checked, and you can expect your purchase amount refunded within 14 days. The payment method is the same as you selected in the payment process.
The return costs in the Netherlands and Belgium are free of charge and therefore the full purchase amount will be refunded. For returns from outside the Netherlands and Belgium, the return costs will be deducted from the purchase amount that will be refunded.
Mis Días offers a warranty period of 12 months. If the product shows defects up to 1 year after the purchase date that are due to a manufacturing or material defect, you can report this by emailing email@example.com or filling in this contact form.
When you submit a valid claim that meets the warranty conditions, Mis Días will ensure that:
✓ The product is repaired free of charge; or
✓ the product is replaced free of charge.
✓ The warranty only applies to the product you bought for your own use and not for resale.
✓ The warranty is void if you or unqualified third parties intervene.
✓ The warranty is void on products purchased through channels other than the official website of Mis Días (www.mis-dias.com)
The warranty does not apply to:
➖ problems occurring more than one year after the original purchase date;
➖ improper handling and accidents (eg scratches, ripping, dropping, excessive water intake);
➖ discoloration or soiling caused by the influence of other materials (eg discoloration of jeans on the backpack, soiling by dust, etc.);
➖ damage from external causes, including but not limited to accidents, misuse, contact with liquids, fire.
➖ usual signs of use.
